I’m Abhimanyu Singh Shekhawat, a Software engineer with 8+ years of experience in building Large Scale Distributed Systems. Growing up, I was really fond of Computers & spent my days navigating the obscure directories in Windows & dual booting it.

Couple of years later, I decided to major into Computer Science from BITS Pilani. I spent the next 4 years dabbling into domains like Android, Raspberry Pi & Theoretical Computer Science.

Outside programming, I love to tour on my motorcycle, backpack & experience new cultures.

Currently, I am designing native AI Agents to make Google’s Cloud Spanner even more reliable & resilient.

This year, I’ll also be conducting a technical workshop at EuroPython 2026 in Kraków, Poland on Deconstructing the tenets of Planet Scale Systems with Python
